Any new advice for a GBP hard suspension?

My client has local business with a Google page that setup years ago. It is a deer proofing company offering animal and pest control SERVICES. He then made a another page for his deer control PRODUCT that has its own website, phone number and different suite # at the same address. The deer proofing PRODUCT is shown on the deer proofing SERVICES website with an outbound link. So I am thinking this is why Google suspended the SERVICES Google page. But these are definately 2 separate businesses. Anyway we ended up with hard suspension and the deer proofing Google page is deleted from MAPs. The first attempt to reinstate was not approved and now when we click SUBMIT AN APPEAL:

we then end up back here:

in an endless loop.

Is there an email or link to a forum or chat where we can contact a human being? Please advise.

Hello there,

I had a client once like you. after suspension he immediately applied for an appeal the result was clear "NOT APPROVED." But the thing is after a hard suspension you can request them to review your suspension again. but you need to be really careful; cause if you miss this chance your GMB will be lost forever. I will advise to hire a professional for the job. so don`t try by yourself
