Hi Everyone,
We just created a new GBP for a local cleaning company. It seemed to go fine until a couple days in when it was suspended for "deceptive content and behavior". We added some before and after pics right before the suspension. I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it or just happened to coincide with the suspension.
Before I started anything to recover the account, I thought I'd see if you all had any tips to make it more likely to be successful.
I also have another person with a massage business who just came to me for help. They got suspended for "deceptive content and behavior" as well. She changed her address a few months ago and then moved again and changed her address a second time which is when Google suspended her. She tried to get the GBP back, but Google asked for a bill at the new address and she couldn't provide that because her lease includes all utilities. Also, the lease only has her personal name and not her business name and the owner of the property won't allow her to put her business name on the lease. I had her change her massage license address and corporation address to the new address to provide validity to the new address. Any other tips before I get started with her appeals process?
Thanks!!
Kurt
