Hi everyone,

I’m looking for advice on the cleanest way to report what appears to be a coordinated Google Business Profile spam / lead generation network in the chimney niche.

I found 55 core Google Business Profiles in PA/NJ where the linked websites appear to use repeated website templates. The sheet also includes 3 older related profiles that appear to use the same/similar website template pattern.

I made a simple Google Sheet with one row per profile:

The clearest pattern is in the right-side columns of the sheet:

- One group has 47 .homes websites using the same JSON-LD hash. All use Porkbun as registrar and Cloudflare DNS, with domains registered in two tight batches: 19 on 2026-07-22 and 28 on 2026-07-29.

- The .xyz profiles split into two separate JSON-LD/template groups: 5 sites share one JSON-LD hash, and 3 sites share a different JSON-LD hash. Both .xyz groups use Porkbun as registrar and Cloudflare DNS, and all 8 domains were registered on 2026-06-30.

- There are also 3 older related profiles using a similar template pattern. Those domains use Dynadot as registrar, Cloudflare DNS, and were all registered on 2025-10-05.

- The sites look visually similar when opened side by side.

I also called a few of the listed phone numbers as a spot check. When I asked which company I had reached, the person answering replied only “chimney services” and did not seem to know or provide the specific business name shown on the Google profile.

My question is about process and evidence quality, not escalation:

For people who have handled similar GBP spam or lead-generation network cases:

1. Based on this pattern, is this enough to submit as a coordinated network, or should I collect more evidence first?

2. If more evidence is needed, what is usually most persuasive for Google Redressal: business name/location inconsistencies, address or phone patterns, website/template/schema reuse, domain registration timing, photos, service-area overlap, or something else?

3. Would you file one complaint with all profiles and a clear summary sheet, split the complaints by template/hash group, or start with the strongest 10 examples and reference the larger sheet?

4. Are there any evidence columns you would leave out because they may distract from the main issue?

My goal is to package the evidence in the cleanest way possible so Google can review it efficiently and accurately.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

The sheet is great, but there is a lot of data in there that the GBP support team won't need.

Google will take action on suspected fake listings if they violate their guidelines, so things like overlapping phone numbers and service areas should absolutely be pointed out. Address issues, such as no signage at the location, being in a coworking space, or using a PO Box, are also good to mention. Another strong indicator would be a clear pattern of fake reviews.

I always like to send as many listings as possible in one batch. If you can connect the dots to show Google it's a connected spam network, that's ideal. Things like website template and schema reuse or domain registration timing are good to point out to prove they're part of the same network, though that's not always effective.

Keep the columns lean, only show the things you want to point out to Google, and make sure those points are super clear in the description when you submit the sheet.
