Does anyone have a time frame on when Bing Places gets their act together? The interface is completely non-existent...

NEVER! The platform is a complete disaster, has even gotten worse since the new dashboard of October 2025.
Someone should definitely be fired! (and I don't usually say something like this). Only thing that saves them is Bing Support, at least in Spain, always very professional and as helpful as they can be, their honesty is apreciated.

At least for hotels, it is impossible to justify the time needed to manage the hotel's profiles on Bing and adequately represent the hotel and information. Not to mention that nightmare that is Bing Hotel Ads and all the duplicate profiles Bing creates.

Ten days ago we we got the first notification from Bing Support that Microsoft is in the middle of an internal technical migration (?) that affects Bing Places and the publication of new business is temporarily disabled. The initial timeframe is that it should be finished by the end of March.

Translation
Microsoft is currently performing an internal technical migration to improve the stability and performance of the Bing Places system. As part of this process, the publication of new business listings is temporarily disabled in some markets, including Spain.
We fully understand the importance of your business being visible as soon as possible and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. According to the latest information, this migration is expected to be completed by the end of March. At this time, no further action is required on your part. If your listing is still not published after this period, please contact us again, and we will review the situation as a priority.

Also, all listings that are currently under Bing's World famous publication cycle are stuck, most likely also until the end of March. Markets that I can confirm that are affected are Spain and Italy, not sure about the US/Canada, waiting for confirmation.

Good luck, and a lot of patience, to anyone managing Bing Places listings.
