Bing Places error

Has anyone tried to add a Bing Places listing lately? It seemed glitchy to me and then when I got to the final submit page, it 404'd on me. Is it just me or has anyone else had the same experience?

I had that experience over the weekend. Had to try multiple times, but eventually, it worked.

I didn't have problems creating a listing, but did have a problem getting verified. They wanted to postcard verify (haven't seen that before....), the postcard didn't come, then was able to get on chat and get it verified via chat, as we created the listing using the same email address as the business URL.
