Our client is a lager house that brews and serves its own beer onsite. They have a very strict policy of no one under 21 allowed on the premises. That includes babies, toddlers, children, anyone. I'm not questioning or defending their reasons. They have them and it's their right. That being said, on the Knowledge Panel, it's not readily apparent that the location has a 21+ policy. Because of that, people drive to their location (sometimes from over an hour or more away) only to be turned away because they have brought a baby or child with them. Of course, they are upset and then leave them a 1-star review on Google as a result.
Are there any ideas or ways of making it blatantly obvious that this location is only for those over the age of 21? I'm open to all suggestions. Thanks!
