They are actively refusing to provide SID information for us to be able to port out numbers from their system to our new provider. Our new provider needs the SID number but Call Tracking Metrics refuses to provide them, stating that it is "against their protocol" to provide them.
Rubbish. They just don't want to lose the revenue that they will lose after the port away takes place.
