Hi Everyone,
We've been implementing call tracking for our clients for a while using CallRail where we use a pool of 4+ local tracking phone numbers on the client's website and another local tracking phone number on their GBP. These tracking numbers are then forwarded to the client's business phone number. I know that typically we say that a company's NAP should be consistent on their website and across all citations, but CallRail replaces the actual phone numbers which are displayed to people with the tracking phone numbers. Does this mess anything up in regard to NAP?
Thanks.
Kurt
