I'm trying to gain access to one of local GBP listings, but my request went unanswered, so now I just have a duplicate in my account. I don't have access to the email account that is attached to it, and the person who did no longer works for the company. Any ideas on how to get access? I'm not getting any options except to request access again.
 
Hi Ashley,

If you view the duplicate live on Google, does it ask you to verify the location?
 
You can email google support and they will work with you on this. You need to request owner access to the profile. If no one responds to your request after 3 days you will be given ownership but need to verify the listing.
