*Posting on behalf of a coworker:

A dental office we work with is trying to gain access to their Google My Business profile but all verification methods have been attempted so we cannot gain access as their digital marketing firm.

Sadly, the client does not have access to any of the emails listed as owners on the account.

We've had a support ticket with Google My Business support since 3/29/2021 for this issue. Their methods to resolve the issue are not accessible due to Google currently having no options left for us to verify our affiliation with the account.

Any idea what we can do next?

(*My coworker has also tried posted in the GMB support forum but her posts are being deleted/not published for some reason. I can provide the business URL/support IDs if needed)

Hey Sarah,

There is a known issue at the GMB Forum where posts are taking a while to go live. Have you checked back to see if any of the ones you posted are live. The GMB forum is the best way to resolve this if GMB support isn't being helpful.

I did just check and see one she posted did end up going live but was locked and disabled?

Threads automatically get locked after 30 days of inactivity. That would explain why the one you linked to there is locked.

In cases where I've gotten the "no ways to verify" message, I've been able to go ahead with claiming the listing by going through the process of creating a business listing in the GMB dashboard. If you enter the location info that way and select the existing listing when it asks if that matches your business, you can request access, then initiate claiming and (usually) postcard verification after three days.
