I have a new client in the real estate niches and I'm having trouble getting one of their GBP's verified. I was able to get another one verified no problem and I think the issue might be that they have an office in an Industrious coworking space. This is an office they have a multi year lease on and they have at least one person in the office 9am-5pm M-F. They've been there for a few years now without a GBP.

The GBP that did get verified is its own suite in a small business complex. You can essentially walk up to this suite from the street. You don't have to go through multiple doors, elevators, stairways, etc to get to it. It has a business name plate on the door for the signage.

The GBP that isn't getting verified is in a big office complex and I have to go through two different doors to ultimately get to their suite. Google is telling me that the "business name is not shown on the store front" for this location. In my video I am showing signage on their suite door, but I'm wondering if I need to show their name on a directory in the building before I do that? Google gave me the green light on showing the outside surrounding areas and accessing staff only areas.

Thanks for any help in advance!

I think you hit the nail on the head here. In my experience, it's hard to get new business listings verified at coworking spaces, especially with recorded video verification.

Does the business have a separate suite number in the coworking space? This is really important to differentiate this business from all the others in the building. And of course, as much signage as possible in the lobby, on a directory board, on the office door, and inside the office.

If you have all that, you should set up live video verification if you can - this makes it easier to know exactly what Google needs to see in order to verify the profile.

Use this tool to check your verification status. It will try to get you to do one of the verification options, but if you click through or fail to do verification enough it should give you the option to contact Google support, and that will get you to a team that can help you set up a live video verification.

You may need to play around with the flow a bit to get the “contact us” option - but this contact button is the only way to get to the right team at Google.
