Clarification on Multiple Businesses sharing location

Does anyone know specifically what has to be separate for multiple businesses to be at the same location?

For two hybrids/commercial
-Different Names
-Signage
-Entrance
-Websites
-Employees
-Categories
-Vehicles
-Phone Numbers

SAB’s
-Names
-Phone Numbers
-Vehicles
-Websites
-Categories


And incase google gives a hard time we should have documentation like:
Registration/License
Utility Bill
Tax Certificates

I want to be very specific on what we need to be able to answer questions that can sometimes be grey.

Everything you mention is good, I would add separate BBB listings and separate listings on the state business registration website. Any "official" website Google can access should reflect there are two separate businesses at the address.
