Content Structure for a Pest Control Business

Hello friends. I have a question. We run a pest site, it is currently installed on Wix and we are creating the site again but already moving to WordPress. We are specialists in bed bugs and pest control. For queries "heat treatment" and elimination of bed bugs" position the home page, not the internal pages of each service as I would like. We plan to leave the home as a brand search where everything we do and internal urls for each service are indicated. If I make this modification, the home page will be lowered for those queries. Can you recommend a good site structure for the pest control company to do? Regards

I almost always optimize the homepage for the largest or main location. In most cases, it's a waste to leave it only optimized for branded terms.

If you only have one location. Would you still put the city + services in the URL structure or would you leave it with the service and just do on page SEO to include the city?

Just curious if this is just for multi-location SEO or applies to just one location as well. Would love to get some feedback on this. Thank you
