Cost, Menu Reviews in Knowledge Panel

I was working on some reporting for a client and was getting a screen shot of their GBP listing for a deck. I was NOT signed into their GBP when getting this screen shot. I noticed on their listing the below information.

I have never seen this before on any of our listings Is this something theyre testing and/or any way to control the information that is in the drop downs?

I have been noticing that also on the knowledge panel. I can not always get the same results so it does look like they are testing. The reviews I see are coming from the web as well as the menu.
