Delayed responses from Google Support

I'm working on bulk verification for some clients, and am noticing very slow (or perhaps no) responses from Google Support. It's odd, because in the the last 6 months or so, they've responded quite fast and in some cases, the same day! But in the last couple if weeks, I'm getting auto-responses or no response at all. Is anyone else experiencing something similar?

Sadly this is the current normal. I joked on Twitter last night that I went dressed up as GBP support, I'll let you know how it went in 3 to 6 weeks.
