Hi everyone, I've been searching for more information about this online but haven’t had much luck, so I thought I'd ask here.
I understand that different Google Business Profile (GBP) primary categories can unlock different attributes, and I think it's really important to know which primary category triggers which attributes. For example, we have a client who is a lawyer. When we used "Legal Services" as the primary category, there wasn't an option for "Offers online appointments." But when we switched the primary category to "Lawyer," that option appeared, which is super helpful since most of his appointments are online.
We also had a hotel client that didn’t have a "Services" section until we added "Villa" as a secondary category. Again, this was really important for them.
So, I'm wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction—maybe there's a list out there that shows which attributes are linked to which categories? I don't want to keep changing the categories to figure this out since that might trigger a re-verification, and I don’t want to take that risk.
Thanks in advance for any help!
