GBP - office in a suite

HI. I am a psychotherapist who rents a room inside a co-working therapist office. This co-working space (Let's call it XX Space) is located on the 9th floor of a large office building. I tried to verify which they rejected due to the lacking signage. I need some help on how to verify this. The building only has street number on the building, then I have to take the elevator to the 9th floor. Once I get off the floor, there is a hallway with lots of door. Of them is this XX Space door with where it say XX Space. I punch in the code to enter, then there are 5 offices - of which one of them is mine. I can make the sign on the door of the office within XX Space. Any tips on how to verify when the only sign that I have is this door within XX Space within a large office building?
