GBP Providing Personal Phone Number And Not Location Phone Number

When searching for a client's name, it recently started triggering a knowledge panel with his business information (address, site, other GBP info) BUT it shows his personal cell as the phone number.

Is there any good reason why Google would be showing all the information from his GBP in a knowledge panel, except a personal number? Also how is google pulling his personal cell?

Additional info:
Their business does PPC, but through another provider.
They moved physical locations a few miles down the road about 2.5 months ago.

Sounds like a google-created profile. Whatever source google used happen to be using an old phone number? Have you tried reporting it? Unverified GBPs are easy to get rid of.
