Hi Team,
Just encountered an issue in two suspended GMB profiles (for same business, one is duplicate).
When tried to check the appeal status or the violations it says "
In this case not able to see the violation type and tried to contact Google got an auto email and said while profile is suspended can not help.
I am not sure what to do next.
Issue: for one of the profile they have already used the 2nd appeal from their email and if I raise will get the automated email.
I did raise it to Google community forum but could not get any positive response.
What I am thinking:
As the violation type is residential address and not hideen, can we have a new business profile get verified and then contact Google for the rview transfer?
