GMB Business Profiles Mobile vs Desktop

Does anyone know where I might locate a list of GMB business profile features that are exclusive to mobile search results? ie, other locations, products, the highlights icons, etc. Thank you

Some keyword research tools such as SEMRush do something similar to this but the best route to take would be to search keywords in your market and terms your competitors rank for and analyze SERPs that way.

Let me explain, I will be giving a presentation next month and in assembling my deck was looking for a shortcut to identify the GMB features that are exclusive to the mobile version of GMB Profiles to include in my presentation. Looking to save a little research time in preparing for my presentation. So just wondering if it exists somewhere. Thank you.
