GMB duplicate listing still appears on Google Maps even after removal from account

We claimed and verified the duplicate listing and go on with the "remove listing" process under info tab as suggested by Google, but after checking back couple of weeks or for a month later, the duplicate listing is still showing on Maps, and as a additional layer, we even tried "Suggest an edit" multiple times and marked it is a duplicate listing but still nothing happens.

So we decided to re-claim the still showing duplicate listing on Maps and it's back under our account now, us as the owner.

Duplicate listing: Complete Carpet and Tile Cleaning · 16527 La Canada Rd, Madera, CA 93636

Please advise on how to correctly merge or remove the duplicate listing from maps, Thank you!

Since both listings are in the same account, your best bet is to contact Google support and see if they can merge the listings. You can do this in one of the profiles or go to this form => Sign in - Google Accounts

Also, I clicked on the duplicate listings link you posted, and looks like the profile is gone.

Yes, I sent a follow up email to Google the same day as I sent this quesion here and it seems Google was able to remove the duplicate upon our request
