I noticed that since Covid at GMB own mail is no longer displayed so often. Is that true and is the information from the graphic still correct, that regular posts bring something?

Same question re: 'own mail'. Also, what is the source for this trend chart, this or something similar would be helpful in explaining to clients the change in what matters over time!

sry i dont mean "own mail" , i mean "own posts"

Posts are a good way to get a message in front of potential customers but I wouldn't view them as something that is going to change where you rank on Google.
