I have now spent about 6 hours trying to figure out my suspension but there's no one to talk with. Do you have any suggestions on what I should do? I've followed everything google has said to do but I still don't know what to do.

Hi Fran,

Here's what you need to do.

1. Review the Google My Business guidelines and restricted content guidelines.
2. Review your listing for compliance with the guidelines.
3. Once you’re sure your locations comply with our guidelines and include all required information, you can request for their reinstatement.

To avoid delays, please submit only one reinstatement request per listing.
