Google Ads - No Ads & extensions link

Hi, there. I was just granted manager access on several GBP listings and seem to be unable to link them to a Google Ads account I just reactivated. It seems that I can link the accounts via the "Create an ad" link in GBP but am not finding the "Ads & extensions" link on the left menu in Google Ads - see below the only links I get there.

What gives? Am I limited due to the recent 7 days limitation for new owners/managers?

Thanks for replying, Phil. All the links are being displayed normally today. No idea why they weren't there yesterday. Perhaps because I just reactivated this old Ads account.
