When we first accquired the business profile, Google would revert to the old information every few days then this stopped. Now its been a couple weeks and Google changes the profile informtion back to the old address, phone number and hours

Is there any way to fix this ?

I've tried suggesting edits , we've done citiation servcing as well but Google still reverts the changes on the business profile

Do some Google searches for the address in quotes as it keeps reverting to and the phone number . . . you may find a site/directory somewhere with a reference to the outdated info.

Also, double check in Business Profile Settings >> People And Access to double check there are no other users attached to the profile. You mentioned the business was acquired from someone else, they may have set up a service in the past that monitors when Google makes changes to the GBP and auto submits a correction back to what it should be (at the time it was set up).

If you acquired it, it may have a third party app attached to it with old biz info. We are dealing with this now for a bunch of our locations. Problem is so many cooks in the kitchen its impossible to see who has linked what to this listing.

This is what I would assume as well. Remove as many users as possible from the listing. Then for any that are left, have them go and check to see what apps currently have access to change the business listing here: Sign in - Google Accounts. Look for things listed under the third-party apps section that say they have access to manage business listings.
