Hello, this is a screen snip just taken from a previously self-managed Google Ads campaign that we are going to help. Obviously they didn't have a maximum cost per click limit set which can be easily fixed but despite that, isn't it astounding that Google is fine with charging a small business $75 for one click for "plumbers near me". Quite the racket Google has going. While we will be able to help this business, it does make you wonder how many other small businesses that are attempting to self-manage or use the Express product are being absolutely fleeced by Google's obscene cost per clicks.

As a member of the contractor community, I always tell them that paying a professional to manage their AdWords campaign is free. A properly run campaign will cost them less for the same amount of leads, even after paying the firm.
