I have a company that has 90+ locations. Some of the locations seem to have a content restriction. During the appeal process the support team has told me that we cannot have url's or phone numbers in the descriptions. However this compay has the url or phone number on their moving trucks, boxes and the workers shirts. So any service related images taken will have this information. They suggested we remove all posts with images with urls. How are others managoing this? How do I tell this Brand they cant showcase their wrapped trucks in any posts or videos on their GBP? BTW none of the reviewsare showing now either. It's a complete content restriction.

Any suggestions?

Google is referring to the description part of the post, not the image (as far as I can tell). It would just need to be the description that you would need to adjust.

The review restriction is a different beast. Do they have the label on the profile saying their reviews have been restricted?

When reading this post previously I thought The "phone number in image" Bernadette is referring to is the "4-wheeler number" mentioned in the email. Can you confirm, Bernadette? If not, then I agree with Colan, an incidental phone number in the photo should not be a problem.

That being said, URLs or phone number in post text are traditionally rejected automatically without content restriction being involved, so that's kinda surprising. That being said, I've recently seen Google being less annoying about registration numbers in GBP description (construction business are legally obligated to have them in Quebec, but becaus ethey have 10 digits, google rejected them because it thought they were phone numbers...), so maybe more phone numbers have been slipping through?
