Google’s Duplex AI keeps changing the business hours on our Google listings. We’re thinking about disabling this feature across all of them. From what I can tell, it would simply stop Google from updating our profiles. Has anyone experienced problems after turning this feature off? Any concerns with turning it off?

Why do you even think using AI is going to help? The tech news is full of reports of all and any AI automation creating havoc around the world. There are some success stories but most aren't delivering on the promises.
Use AI as an assistant if you want but everything it does needs to be sense checked before publication.
