Google Post Rejections All Over The Place

Is anybody else seeing Google Post rejections all over the place? I've attached a couple examples below.

Scenario 1: Napa Auto Parts in Medford, OR
We pushed live two Google Posts, but only 1 is live. The one that is live shows in the dashboard it was rejected and the one that doesn't look rejected is not live.

Scenario 2: Napa Auto Parts in Bassfield, MS
Tried to get the same two Google Posts live, both rejected and neither showing.

Scenario 3: Napa Auto Parts in Elsmford, NY
Both Google Posts are showing live, but one is marked as rejected in the dashboard.

Anyone else having issues loading photos into GBP? Trying to add my clients new logo and it is not approved. They are definitely to spec. I noticed Ben Fished said they look to be doing something new with being able to view photos within dashboard so I am not sure if that has something to do with it
