I have had a few clients with the attached screenshot missing from their dashboard. If this is what you are speaking of, reach out to Google support. They have escalated a few for me and had them corrected. It has taken some time but they have corrected the problems. I had to work around the Google no-reply emails a few times until I worded something correctly to get a live Google rep response.
