I feel there is a CRUCIAL data point missing: what's the proportions of unresponded reviews on Google in general, or at least in the dataset? The idea that unresponded review are more likely to be deleted is entirely meaningless if the proportions merely reflect the overall proportions of unresponded reviews...

@GMBapi.com can you bring some clarification on this point?
