Google won't remove old inaccurate (pre-reno) images submitted by user

Hi everyone, I've got a client who did some renovations to their optometry clinic and uploaded a bunch of photos. There are two photos pre-renovation submitted by a user that they are kind of hung up on getting removed.

I guess they're been reporting them as inaccurate daily for months, I have tried reporting them from my level 5 local guides account, I've had multiple coworkers report it as inaccurate, I have tried submitting a support form regarding the issue as well. Nothing has worked, I have not even received a response from Google, automated or otherwise.

Not sure if anyone has any advice on anything else I could try to get it removed. I am thinking about submitting the form again as I'm not sure if it was even looked at.

I don't see "inaccurate" on the list of removal reasons. The closest thing I can find, which wouldn't apply, is misrespresentation. Remember, just because we don't like something, doesn't mean it's actionable: Prohibited & restricted content - Maps User Contributed Content Policy Help
