GSC live test blocked resources with "Other Error" label

In GSC if I do a live test on a URL and then go to blocked resources and I see most of my images are labeled as blocked with the label "Other Error". I can't detect any issue with these images. Anyone with ideas?

@Greg Bernhardt, in robots.txt did you disallow the subdirectory with those images? WP-admin is the one most commonly disallowed, even though the jury's out on whether that's a good idea.

nah nothing in there and GSC would label it as blocked in robot.txt

from what I can find, it just means the google exhausted it's resource fetch limit
