Has anyone worked with Grow Team?

Curious if anyone out there has ever worked with Grow Team for SEO services and if so, what was your experience? There are lots of reviews online but I trust this group's opinion a bit more than what I am finding online.

@Colan Nielsen Thanks. I've been digging and I believe they were bought by Boostability in 2018 or 2019 but are still operating as Grow Team. I've been aware of Boostability for many years, but the name Grow Team is new. They have been contacting my clients and I was curious if others had any insights or past experiences they would be willing to share.
