Help. My client just got hit with a re-verification.

There are no options left to reverify so needing to fill out the form to contact support. It's asking for a link to the BBB of which there is one, but the address is not current. Should I be updating this address prior to trying to re-verify? If so, how do I do that?

Btw...this was triggered with a category update.
