Help wanted: local lead-gen partners for a WA contractor, paid per completed site visit

We're a licensed general and electrical contractor in Washington State, more than ten years in business, covering Skagit, Snohomish and Island counties. We're looking for people who already bring in homeowner calls in those counties through their own websites, local content or ads, and want a simple way to get paid for them.
How pay works:

• We pay per completed site visit, not per call or form fill.
• $40 for small jobs (electrical service, repairs)
• $175 for decks, bathrooms, siding and windows
• $300 for roof replacements and kitchens
• Paid monthly for the previous month's visits, whether or not the job signs.

A completed visit means we met the property owner at the property about one of those job types. Each property counts once in 90 days. Calls that never turn into a visit, and no-shows, don't earn anything. You can check any visit yourself by contacting your own lead.
Ground rules:

• Leads you send us are never resold or shared.
• Your ads show our company name and Washington contractor registration number (approved partners get both).
• No robocalls or AI-voice calls, no texts without consent, no fake reviews or fake listings.
• We start with a 3–4 week trial.

Starting Nov 23, each partner gets its own tracking number and a page showing the status of every lead they send.
