How can I tranfer a google profile that was suspended from one email to a new one ?

The reason It was suspended it was because its an email where I was running tests, all family based business I am a realtor so is my wife. I got mine approved but then my wifes was suspended, I asked google why? They said because the email it is was pretty much flagged or something along those lines so this is what I am trying to do

-transfer that GMP to a new email that is not flagged, how can I do this?

Does this allow you to transfer suspended GMPs though?

Yes, it does. Once you add the new user, you can't actually transfer primary ownership to them until after they have been added to the account. After 7 days, make the new account the primary owner and remove the old account.
