How do I edit this Products & Services Link?

I'm updating a client's GBP and it has this link that I need to take off their GBP but I can't figure out how to delete it.

The link takes you to an old facial treatment menu that's posted on Trip Advisor with old business info--I think it may be automatically pulling it from Trip Advisor somehow?

My next step is to claim this Trip Advisor page and clean it up, but I still want to get rid of that link.

Anyone dealt with this before?

If you don't see a place to edit it inside your dashboard, it's possible that the feature was associated with a previous category that you might have been using.

Click into your "booking", to see if you can edit it there or if it appears as an option to edit under the general edit tab.

If not, you could try suggesting an edit on the front end if you see it.

Outside of that you'd have to change your primary category to see if you can make it appear so you can edit it, or you could just reach out to support and see if they can remove it.

Thanks for your response. I tried those steps (except changing the category) and still couldn't touch it. Was really hoping for an easy fix!

I decided to try to go after the root of that link, so called TripAdvisor, who then sent me to singlplatform.com and after a 30 min wait on the phone told me they could delete it and it "should" update the GBP listing within 24-48 hours...if that doesn't work I'll go back to trying the category method.
