How do you find the "dashboard URL"?

I'm working with GMB Support to try and have a duplicate listing simply deleted, but there's an error when trying to do this either as an Owner or Manager.

They've asked what the "Dashboard URL" is, and give the example:

But I can't find this 'b', only an 'l':

Is that the same thing?

I've tried searching for the resolution, and I can't follow the instructions that say you need to "view the page on Google" because as a duplicate listing, it won't show.

Yep same thing. Just send them the URL that you see when logged into the main GMB dashboard for that business.
