How long does it take for a GBP category change to impact rank?

Hello all. A client requested we switch a category back to what they had previously. Roughly how long should it take for the change to be reflected in local pack ranking for relevant searches? We have a meeting with them tomorrow so we're hoping ranking is back where they want it then.
