How To Delete Google Business Profile Service

Hello everyone. My client has an optic store and doesn't provide a specific service anymore, so she asked me to remove it from GBP. The problem is that I tried several times to remove it, but Google insists on rejecting that. I always see this message that forces me to accept it:

"Changes were made to the services based on feedback from Google users or based on feedback from other sources. Please review these published updates to ensure they are accurate."

The client doesn't have a website, only GBP. Is there any way to fix this?

Try contacting Google business profile support and ask them if they can permanently remove the service.

Make sure to include a screenshot of the service being readded by google when you reply to the initial boilerplate message.
