Hello, I have a client that has not been able to verify their GBP, and I'm hoping someone else has been through this situation. Here's the current situation:
- Google says the property is not verified.
- If we view the property's GBP panel, there's an error message saying the account has been suspended.
- Clicking "Learn More" in that message takes us to a window to appeal.
- When we follow the steps to appeal, Google says there's nothing to appeal. (we've also checked all other businesses under this account; none of them have anything to appeal)
- So far, our GBP community posts have been ignored.
- If we use the contact form, Google just sends a generic email saying to submit an appeal and that we aren't allowed to reply to that email for further assistance. But, as I said, when we try to appeal, Google tells us there's nothing to appeal.
