How to mark roads as permanently closed?

Hello everyone,

For some time now we've been trying to mark two roads that are permanently closed, Google Maps hasn't been updated since 2015 and even though we have sent videos Google doesn't seem to take action, we have tried everything from suggesting it on the Maps, sending emails, etc but this is truly affecting the business as people are finding it hard and confusing to get to the establishment.

Any help regarding who we need to contact or how can we get this changed on Google Maps will be appreciated.

We've been trying to do it for a long time and Google Support has said we'll get an answer and we are still waiting.
