How to report quality guideline violation...

So what's the best way to report a problem with a listing if, say a competitor is getting an advantage by violating quality guidelines?

I've been buried in issues so much, didn't even realize there was a big webinar today.

Anyway, the business in question does not appear in Mapmaker so I'm going to add it to the Google help topic I started. Not sure if it's the same company or not.

Oh ya if it's a hidden address SAB then they are not in MM which makes it harder.
