How-to Set Up Social Accounts for Two-Locations In One-City

Do you have any recommendations about setting up social accounts for a 3 location business with 2 locations in one city?

There will be content shared on a weekly basis, much of the content will be specific to each location.

But The accounts will be managed by one person. Should I set up a separate profile for both locations in same city?

Potential accounts: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Flikr.
