I am working on an account for a client but he created one with another agency before and they dont exist anymore so my client is not able to access that LSA account anymore. We created a new account but when we tried to get it LIVE the agents tell us that is not possible because the review are linked to that I account we dont have access to. We do have access to the GMB page, we explained that to the agents but they are not able to provide any solution to disconnect the reviews from that account.

Do you guys have any suggestion? We also called GMB support team and they did not help

Go thru LSA support. See if you can request LSA support to "denylist" the old LSA account (assuming you have the CID), that should unlink the GBP in 1-2 biz days, and then request to have the new LSA account linked to the GBP.
