LSA needs to verify GBP before 11/21 to keep running

Hey!

We received this email "Remember to create or verify a profile by 11/21/2024 to run Local Services Ads"

We have a LSA account which is active and running. It's been connected to a GBP for years now. The issue is the GBP is on another email which is not connected to the LSA email. We cannot give manager access to the email with the LSA since the google business functionally was suspended last year. (any business attached to the email gets suspended)
We tried adding admin access to the email with the GBP on the LSA email but it still doesn't allow us to verify the GBP.

Do we know if there is a way to change the LSA email or verify the GBP without having email access on that specific email?

I was able to add admin from the main GBP email to the LSA email but now when we click "get started" we get this error

"You already manage this Business Profile​

Continue to your Business Profile on Google"

LSA still shows that this needs to be done on our end though.
