Interesting Suspension Issue

Hello Local Search Forum!

I have tried multiple times to have my listing "Ivey's Air Condition And Refrigeration LLC" reinstated. It is only a soft suspension as the listing still populates on Google Maps. However, on the back-end, it is still displaying as suspended and I do not know why. I have contacted google many times and will attach all case IDs. The address is verified and hidden, the business description has been cleared, the servicing areas are updates, old store-code removed, and there is only one user on the account.
