Is it really about relevance? Local listing update.

I am working in a digital agency in Singapore and we catered mostly SME's. Local search result is really important for our clients. After the unoffical local listing search, the local listing for our key client move from rank 1 to rank 5. For local listing that was huge. Since we only given 3 spots in search result for a very competitive keywords.

I read from Barry that it's more relevance than prominence. I updated our GMB information and after changing in the morning, we shoot back on no. 1 on the evening.

I am still not sure if we still keep the no.1 spot, our local listing ranking comes and go for the past months.
