Is there an issue with Google support?

Google call told me that I just needed to change the email because it was spam
I did that four days ago, and this is my 3rd try
I have posted on the support boards with no response
Is there a support issue am I the only one??
All I get is canned emails and then no responses
I have also tried Twitter and FB

Yes, Google support is backed up everywhere. Your best bet is to contact them via email and if you're already have an open case, reply to the email you got when you contacted them the first time and ask for an update.
